Returns

If the customer is returning an item which has not been customized and has notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt, the customer must use a registered or tracked service to send item back at their own cost for us to process.

Refunds

Refunds on non-customised items would be subject to the item being received back in original condition as dispatched. For the record images of all items dispatched are recorded for purposes of quality control.
