Made from hallmarked sterling silver by our top British craftsmen, this crystal bat brooch is one of stunning detail, from the encrusted crystal body to the cut out wings. Designed in London and made in Britain, each of our brooches are hand finished and hand polished for premium satisfaction.

On most of my sterling silver designs we can offer bespoke engraving please inquire. There are no refunds or exchanges on items which have already been personalized.

Shipping methods and address requirement

We ship by UPS or other recognized trackable couriers and they require a telephone number and a full address which is not a PO BOX

Returns

If the customer is returning an item which has not been customized and has notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt, the customer must use a registered or tracked service to send item back at their own cost for us to process.

Refunds

Refunds on non-customised items would be subject to the item being received back in original condition as dispatched. For the record images of all items dispatched are recorded for purposes of quality control.
